I'm so excited about hosting this evening. I have been on Spiritual path for a long time and as a result have attained many tools. The #1 tool for peace, awareness, stress relief, relaxation and spiritual awareness IS MEDITATION! Therefore when I guide the group the emphasis will be on peace of mind, stress relief, relaxation and spiritual connection. I don't know anyone who doesn't want or need more of this!
I will be offering different types of meditation such as Mindfulness, Loving kindness, Higher Self and Spirit Animal meditations. We will start with breath and relaxation to prepare and follow on with a guided mediation. I will also use Tibetan bowls, oils, crystals and divination cards for the meditations as Spirit guides me to do so. Expect to be totally relaxed and transported to a place of love, belonging and peace. I so look forward to serving you in this way ♥
