​I continue to be fascinated by the events being played out upon the worlds stage. Up until very recently it was always other countries who were at unrest, but I think we can all agree that right here in the USA we are a country  ill at ease. The reason is of course politics and the  leaders we have chosen and or not chosen, it is the same as every other county. This upheaval is necessary for the new energies to ground, we are going through a revolution, renaissance and revitalization all at once, all over the planet. How exciting that in our times we get to spearhead the way for our children and future generations.

​This is not an overnight process, not by a long shot and we must be patient as the human consciousness evolves to be in alignment with its collective desire for equality. Conflict and adversity are the hallmark of change and necessary for us to make heard our voices and our wants and needs made clear. Luckily for us we live in a democracy and it is the cornerstone of what makes America Great (yes, I think she has always been great and I'm not even a Citizen!) I believe that we can make this asset of democracy work for us. But duking it out over social media will only make us sad, depressed and angry.  America needs to be Kind again.  There will always be other arguments for opposing sides and yet out of those arguments isn't it possible to take into consideration all perspectives without fighting? No one is listening when everyone is yelling, you probably know this already!

​If you really feel strongly about something then find the most effective way to do something about it.  Lets show and grow up. Remember each of us has different lives, what matters to you may not matter to someone else. That doesn't make them wrong and you right. It just means that we have different lives and interests. This country has always been a world leader because of its people and the democratic process, so while the iron is hot, lets get some change underway and show the rest of the world how its done peacefully.

​Personally until the media and the powers that be that exist to keep us on our toes got involved I thought the Women's' Marches were a wonderful achievement of solidarity and cohesiveness. Don't succumb to emotional garbage thrown at you in the media. Stay in your hearts, that's where truth and answers exist. The fire of purification is burning, we can chose a fire of purification or a raging, destructive fire, either way the outcome will be exactly what we create it to be. Know this, out of the ashes the phoenix does rise.

This morning as I lay here the word that comes to me is grace. As I ponder on the energy and vibration of the word I become aware that I am here in a state of grace because I have forgiven, I have found empathy and compassion for my adversaries. In deed without their tutelage I would not be as I am now.
Then another beautiful thing comes into my meditation, it is the Goddess I am named after. Right there in front of me. Again, I smile and then behind her I see all of the Goddesses of our various pantheons. Athena, Aphrodite, Diana, Isis and many more. They are flowing energy to us, I wonder why now and then I am aware why. Ladies, or rather I mean my fellow Goddesses what you all did yesterday had such a huge impact energetically for us all. You/we/us opened the doors for this divine energy to flow to Earth. All we had to do was come together in Love and Peace and we did it! We did it like no other group before us has been able to do. You all flowed the Goddess energy of GRACE!
This is pivotal, it means that now that the energy has been restored the healing can begin in earnest. After all, what does a women excel at? Nurturing, gentleness, compassion, battling with wisdom (thank you Athena) putting broken things back together (thank you Isis) having incomparable strength (thank you Freya) creating beauty (thank you Aphrodite) and of course the list goes on.
Please continue to go within and tap into these divine qualities, let them ripple out into you families, your friends, your co workers and your communities. The time for adversarial action is fading out to make way for something based upon divine justice and equality and WE ARE THE KEY HOLDERS. Never forget that in trying times, all prayers are heard and answered, Although the bigger picture is not always evident there is a much bigger power than we can ever imagine that has our backs and loves each and every one of us, even those we may feel the need to blame for thing we don't like.
The things we don't like are a product of WE HAVE ALL CREATED and instead of anger, frustration and blame creating destruction let's use it as fuel to deepen our understanding and seek higher solutions. This is where the Goddesses and grace come in.
Exciting times lay ahead of us, let's fuse together in solidarity, mutual respect, tolerance and compassion. Ladies, I think we are going to take over the world <3 I think the men need a break anyway, I think they will be really grateful of our softness and strength.

As I like to teach in my classes, give the mind something to do!
It's bound and determined to create something! With meditation you can be present to what you want to create versus the activity of the subconscious. The subconscious creates from fears and attachments which are not coming from the higher mind but from the programming of life. It's like using the same machinery that created the problems in the first place. If you learn to meditate then through awareness you will learn to control the mind. Enjoy. I'm so excited about hosting this evening. I have been on Spiritual path for a long time and as a result have attained many tools.
