I have the urge to create some magick, in particular Low Magick (working directly with the physical elements) and I'm going to be co-creating with the air elementals. This could be either incense or oil blends. Today I'm going to be working with oil blends. Here are some recipes from Scott Cunninghams book Incense, Oils & Brews. Feel free to use a mixture of oils and herbs and add a crystal or two if you like. Follow your intuition, this is part of the fun! Then you can use your oil blend to wear, anoint a magickal candle or even mix with some sea salt to create a magickal bath (now you are adding water magick too....Woohoo) to use prior to wearing your oil. In fact you could blend your oil, anoint your candle, make your bath and burn the candle whilst you are in the bath focusing on your wishes.

For Love - Aphrodite oil
5 drops Cypress
2 drops Cinnamon
a small piece of dried Orris root
Add true essential oils and the orris root to an olive oil base and anoint your body to bring love into your life.
For Extra Energy when feeling depleted, ill or to strengthen your own energy reserves - Energy Oil
4 drops Orange
2 drops Lime
1 drop Cardamom
For Invoking the powers of the Earth to bring money, stability, prosperity, abundance - Earth Oil
4 drops Patchouly
4 drops Cypress
For Money - Fast Money Oil
7 drops Patchouly
5 drops Cedarwood
4 drops Vetivert
2 drops Ginger
Apart from the Aphrodite oil, use a low smell base, almond oil, Jojoba etc. I use good quality base and essential oils, especially if I plan on putting them on my body in some way. Also, you can go to some websites and buy smaller quantites called drams, otherwise it can get expensive gathering your collection. One that I like to use is in FL is www.greatamerican.biz, they will ship anywhere and they are affordable, so far I've liked the quality too!
