There has been a common theme amongst my clients so far this year and indeed for me too and that theme has been about personal fulfillment and purpose. Many are bored, some are stuck, others are feeling lost and there are those that are feeling unsatisfied. This can all be summed up in one statement, there is a lack of joy.
What do all of the following people have in common?
David Bowie (actually the inspiration for this blog today, God bless him), Sting, Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawkings, Nikola Tesla, Walt Disney, Nefertiti. There are many more to add to this list. Some known and others unknown.
In fact in my local community we have a extremely successful owner of two of SWFL most popular Metaphysical stores, we have an amazing lady and alchemist who is renowned for her healing gifts both as a practitioner and teacher and is the creator of a very popular and potent brand of essential oils, sprays and soaps. We have a Teacher and Healer who is the founder of a community, a medicine wheel and popular church, we have another lady who has just opened an art center and is well known locally for her soulful creations, she will be teaching and sharing at her new center. Another local woman is known for her beautiful, healing Reiki practice, her Reiki Circles and her Goddess Gatherings which are stunningly beautiful and powerful from my understanding. Another colleague whom I personally work with, Lynne Pietryzck is a true gift to SWFL as a life coach and Guide, many have found peace, personal fulfillment and happier relationships due to her work. We also have myself, an accomplished teacher, healer and Guide, I teach nationally and internationally and enjoy a very successful and fulfilling career at a the Center known as Goddess I Am in Naples, FL.
So what is it that has enabled these people to flourish and do what they love? Well, I suppose you would have to ask each of them individually, however the one common thread that they all have in common is that they are Initiates in an ancient lineage. Some of them practice, others do not and yet, each of them have accomplished dreams and are doing the things that they love. Each of them are serving others, creating community, bringing Light to the planet because they are expressing THEIR UNIQUE GIFTS.
I am highlighting these famous and not so famous people because every one of them has tapped into their uniqueness and as a result is expressing this. They are in fact fulfilling their destiny. They are all Initiates.
If you are feeling like you need to step onto your path, whatever that may be, then perhaps initiation is for you too. I am teaching this class and facilitating the biggest empowerment of someone's' life next weekend. Will you be great, will you be courageous and move out of your own way? Will you learn the tools and receive what all these accomplished individuals have by letting go of what stands in your way and embracing your God given genius?
The choice is yours. Mediocrity never accomplished great things. You are not designed to be mediocre, You are made from the purest of qualities, from the stuff of stars. It's time to KNOW THYSELF.
